Happy and excited to announce our retreat with Laruga !
Laruga is world famous, a delight to be around and a huge gift to practice under her guidance.
Join us for either one or two weeks.

This offering is for everyone longing for a heartfelt connection, some collective rest and a transformative journey in a very peaceful environment in nature.
You are able to Refresh the body-mind and relax back into a state of wholeness with trust and clarity.
We invite you to join us for one week wholesome practice with the famous , beautiful Laruga, one of the few certified female Ashtanga teacher in the world.
Each morning we will have Yoga practice, based on the traditional method of Ashtanga Yoga.
On the first morning Laruga will guide a Led primary practice, the other 5 mornings we will practice Mysore Style. During the Mysore practice each practitioner will receive individual heartfelt support from Laruga, to enrich your personal practice with joy, sustainability and technical knowledge. This way a warm , loving and relational field will be created, where the capacity to listen broadens. Needs and boundaries are honored as we are allowing ourselves to look through the lens of curiosity to who we truly are.
The 3 evening workshops will be dedicated to introspection, meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Alignment techniques and Asana refinements.

All levels of students are welcome to join the retreat. Previous experience in Ashtanga Yoga is recommended.
Laruga teaches Primary, intermediate, as well as Advanced A and B Series and can help you wherever your practice is at the moment.
